Prospect House, Whitstable – planning obtained to convert this commercial building to 66 flats. Works due to be completed in December 2024, offering future residents private parking, cinema, gym, co-working space and individual storage units. A first for the area, providing affordable flats for first-time buyers with a range of communal facilities available to all.
