ZAKE is a full turnkey developer. We acquire off-market, maximise value through obtaining planning consent, and build out all our developments using our sister construction company Webuild.

We provide a full turnkey solution, ensuring that every project, from site appraisal and planning to securing funding and exit strategies, is meticulously handled by our experienced team. 2025
Costain House in Maidenhead is acquired for £3.3m and set to be converted into 38 residential properties, extending Zake’s Home Counties footprint.

Sovereign House, Brighton

2025
Zake acquires Sovereign House, an 80,000 square foot flagship Brighton office building, for £6.6m with a gross development value projected to exceed £40m.

Lyric House, Olympia

December 2024
Shortly after formation, Zake acquires Lyric House in Olympia for £8.8m, securing planning to convert the historic Art Deco building into 28 apartments.

RSA’s former Horsham head office is acquired for £12.4m, with plans to convert 150,000 square feet into 195 apartments at a £60m GDV.

Angel Gate, £30m Acquisition

The first major London deal lands, with Angel Gate acquired for £30m and set to become 115 apartments with a gross development value of £85m.

We adopt a comprehensive ESG policy across all our developments to ensure they are delivered responsibly and sustainably. Our focus is on creating high-quality homes in locations where housing shortages exist, utilising environmentally and socially conscious processes throughout.

Our strategy centres on reusing and repurposing existing buildings, transforming them into sustainable developments with a low carbon footprint. Converting existing building stock is significantly more environmentally friendly than new construction, producing only 10% of the CO2 emissions associated with new developments.

Through our wholly owned construction company, Webuild, we employ the most modern methods of construction to minimise both the environmental and social impact during the delivery process.
