£29.6m Acquisition of Angel Gate

ZAKE successfully completed its largest acquisition to date – £29.6m acquisition of Angel Gate which is a collection of individual commercial units on a private fully gated site with a large underground car park, located between Faringdon and Angel Train Stations.

Despite it being ZAKE’s largest acquisition, it was also its fastest, with exchange within 5 days of the offer being accepted and completion 10 working days thereafter.

ZAKE has since obtained planning to convert the existing commercial units to 117 residential units, and is aiming to further enhance the consented scheme in Q1 2025, working closely with Islington Borough Council to provide a unique high specification residential scheme within Zone 1 of Central London.
